​1. How do I book a session?

Click Book Your Session, choose your package, complete payment, and confirm your session time. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

2. Are no-shows refundable?

No. A no-show is considered a missed session and is non-refundable.

3. What’s your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. You may reschedule up to 3 sessions. After that, late cancellations will be treated as no-shows.

4. How can therapy help?

When used correctly, therapy can improve your emotional clarity, coping skills, relationships, and — most importantly — your self-awareness.

5. What type of therapy do you use?

I integrate:
– Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
– Positive Psychology
– Motivational Awareness
– Precision Reset Method (my proprietary, results-driven clarity system)

6. How many sessions will I need?

You decide how many sessions you want — based on your goals, pace, and what feels right for you. I offer insight and direction, but you control the process.
